What you're probably wondering.

Do I have to buy Sleep 1 to book Sleep 2?
Technically no โ€” but realistically, yes. Clients who come in without the Sleep 1 foundation spend a significant portion of their coaching hour learning terminology and fundamental exercises that are already covered in the video library. You'll get dramatically more out of your session if you arrive having worked through at least the first two phases of Sleep 1.
How far through Sleep 1 should I be before Sleep 2?
Ideally, through phases 1 and 2 (nasal hygiene foundations and initial Buteyko breathing practice). Two to four weeks of consistent daily practice gives your coach enough baseline to work with and gives you enough vocabulary to make the hour efficient.
Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. If you have a suspected or diagnosed sleep breathing disorder, you should be working with a qualified medical provider. Sleep 2 is coaching, not medicine โ€” we address the muscular, breathing, postural, and lifestyle contributors to disordered sleep breathing. Many clients use us alongside their medical team.
What do I need for the Zoom session?
A webcam with clear lighting on your face (a window works), a quiet space, and room to stand up and move through a few postural assessments. Have any sleep study reports, imaging, or symptom logs you want your coach to see ready to share on-screen.
How soon can I book?
After you purchase Sleep 2, you'll receive a scheduling link to book into your coach's next available hour โ€” typically within 1 โ€” 2 weeks. Use the wait time to get started on Sleep 1.
What if I've already purchased Sleep 1?
