Is this a replacement for CPAP or medical care?
No. If you've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, keep working with your physician. Sleep 1 is a training curriculum that addresses the muscular, postural, breathing, and inflammatory contributors to disordered sleep breathing. Many members use it alongside medical care.
How long does the Sleep 1 curriculum take?
The full five-phase journey is designed to be worked through in roughly 8โ€“12 weeks, but you can move faster or slower. Many members re-watch phases as their breathing changes.
What if I cancel after one month?

How does Sleep 2 work?
After enrolling, you'll book a 60-minute Zoom session with an Airway Coach. They'll review your Sleep 1 progress, assess symptoms, and build a written, customized protocol for you to follow.
Do I need any equipment?
Nothing mandatory. A saline rinse kit and a yoga mat are helpful for a couple of modules, but we'll tell you exactly what's worth buying and what isn't.
